The location was fine. The room was old and of poor quality, the AC was terribly dirty and old, making the room stuffy and we fell ill, and there was a drainage smell in the bathroom. The toilet facilities were also not great.

The reception staff were lovely, same‑day laundry was affordable and returned even when I dropped it off in the afternoon. The room was large and airy with a big bed. The bath flexed when I stepped in, and there were holes for fittings at the top that were left unplugged.

I was really impressed with this hotel's location - it's right in the heart of things, with loads of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The rooms were super comfy and clean, with daily housekeeping to keep everything spotless. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It's a great place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
