The location, cleanliness, and staff from reception to the junior staff were all good. There was no toilet paper, no toothbrushes, no facial tissues (only bathroom tissues), and blankets were only available on request.

There were cats and dogs on the premises with no prior notice. They were everywhere—around the pool, on the sun loungers, even in the buffet area—so it didn’t feel hygienic.
