“Opened the door and bugs were everywhere alive and dead ones all over the room”

Nothing to say positive, but there were bed bugs.

“Not safe as a woman here.”

The location was convenient, but someone tried to pry open my window and enter my room. The park lot nearby is a drug‑dealing hotspot with crack users, weed smokers, and heavy drinking, and the people there are not at all friendly. Some guests don’t care about their dogs, others can’t control them, and a guy slept in the back of the building, making it unsafe for a lone woman at night.

“that they didnt accept my ID and they charged me anyway , and I tried to cancel and they are refusin”

I never even got inside and now I want a refund. They wouldn’t accept my ID yet still charged me, and when I tried to cancel they won’t give me my money back.

“The price couldn’t be just for a place to stay and sleep, but it was not a welcome stay”

The beds were comfy, but the room we received already had someone in it. The hallway was filthy, there were no elevators, no handrails, and the floors were covered in dog pee. The bathroom smelled like hair and was overall dirty.
