The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and an extra towel was provided, but a toilet plunger was left in the bathroom corner, I had to climb outside stairs with luggage, the flatware at breakfast was flimsy enough that I couldn’t even cut a pancake, the breakfast fruit was canned instead of fresh, and the rates were far too high compared to other hotels.
