Breakfast was great, but we booked for 5 people and only had 4 beds and linens. The front desk told us we’d have to share, and they never mentioned the option to add a roll‑away bed. The emergency number was unreachable, and the Family Suite smelled of old smoke.

The spot is ideal, just a few steps to the Kurpark, the terraces, and the old town. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. I also liked the room in the annex building. Overall I felt very comfortable and would stay here again.

I appreciated the close proximity to the beautifully restored and lively old town, as well as the direct access to the Kurpark and its amenities. The hotel is well renovated and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast spread, buffet, and other smaller options are a smart idea. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night. Thanks also to the very friendly staff.
