The station is close and the room is very spacious, which made it perfect for staying with a child. The only downside was that I wished the station were even closer, but otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Property was pretty decent and the ground hall is very stunning with big walls of bookshelves!. The staff of the hotel are not very warm. They are not willing to do more to help out

The room size is great, though rooms on higher floors are a bit smaller than those on lower floors. The stay was comfortable, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is pretty accessible—just a short walk from Hakata Station—and the hotel is on the quieter side, which I liked. The pillows weren’t firm enough.
