Everything was good, the only issue was parking.

The pool and outdoor area were very nice and the hotel is beautiful, but the bathroom doors in my room were broken; they were sliding doors and I had to use a lot of force to open and close them, at one point I was stuck in the bathroom trying to open the doors. I told the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it, but they didn’t offer to switch rooms or anything, so the guy worked on it while we walked around the property to let him work in peace, which was a little annoying since it was late and we wanted to relax.

Our stay was generally nice, but things started off on a rocky note when I tried to check in and the receptionist struggled to find my reservation, causing a lot of stress. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and helped resolve the issue, and we were eventually able to get into our room. However, the dirty windows in our room were a major letdown, making it difficult for me to enjoy the view.

I was surprised to discover that the hotel offered breakfast, but unfortunately, nobody informed me about it beforehand. This oversight left me feeling a bit disappointed and uninformed.
