The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and cheerful 5! The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel’s location is great – tram or train in 2 minutes. The busy area doesn’t bother me; I can’t hear any noise. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the selection could be a bit larger and more varied… everything else was flawless, fresh, and tasty. The room wasn’t huge, but it met my needs. In room 502 the hot water was spotty – sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. After a patient attempt I managed to get it on, but there were two times it didn’t. Aside from that, it’s a great spot, highly recommend! 😉

The location is great. It’s close to the train station and easy to get to the city center. The room is small.

The rooms are very small, look outdated, and don’t feel very clean.
