The location of this hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city. But, there was one major issue: the heater in the shower wasn't working, which made for a pretty chilly experience.

The hotel itself was lovely, but the staff were a bit of a letdown. They seemed a bit disorganized and not very welcoming. Still, the hotel's nice atmosphere made up for it.

To be honest, the only thing that really stood out about this place was the pillows - they were super comfy. Unfortunately, the workers seemed a bit unhelpful and not very attentive. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

The staff at this hotel were really nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, the room was a bit of a letdown. The air conditioning was ridiculously loud, so we had to turn it off at night, and the sheets were stained. To top it all off, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the room was completely different from what we'd booked.
