Gece resepsiyonistinin bir küçük şişe su istediğimde beni bakkala yönlendirmesi (saat 22.00 ve ben 76 yaşındayım) ve kahvaltıda gene su ve gerekse çay kahve servislerinde müşterinin bir taneyi aşmamasının hissettirilmesi de profesyonel değildi. Otelin nisbeten yüksek fiyatına rağmen küçük şeylerde müşteriyi adeta terbiye etmeye çalışması rahatsız edici. Bu özensizlik bana yöredeki otellerin doluluk problemi yaşamadıklarını düşündürdü.
