The staff are alert, professional, friendly, and kind. The room offers a beautiful view. It’s very clean and efficient, with great beds. The room is small, well organized but limited in space, so large suitcases might be an issue. There’s a shared kitchen; we had no trouble making coffee and small bites, but it could be a problem if it’s very busy. Everything else was clean and well supplied, including coffee, which made it nice.

The setting is great, more on the beach than at the beach 😊 From the balcony you can see the vastness of the sea; the sound of the breaking waves is something you have to like because the island side is very windy. If you want to sleep with the balcony door open, my room was still old‑school. Moving around in the bathroom was quite an adventure, especially the toilet run. I found it oddly funny. The cleanliness is unbeatable, and the family always seems to be around. Charming, very friendly staff, you can ask anything. There is a fridge, by the way. I had a fan on the ceiling, but it was not in use. There are also stand‑up devices. Restaurants and markets are around the corner, all within 5 minutes, no matter which direction. If you’re traveling together, the room isn’t huge. There are also quasi priority rules *laugh*. I thought it was great and will definitely come back. They now have modernised rooms, and work will continue in the fall. The doors in the house should have sealing tape in the gaps to keep the noise level minimal; there’s already a JHB noise ambience.

The view and location in the village are perfect, but the mattress was a bit softer than expected.

The cleaning is good. The room is a little tight. Shared space is limited.

We had a renovated room on the top floor, with a newly renovated bathroom, a good bed and good storage even though the room was relatively small. Balcony with a beautiful sea view. The room had a kettle, and a small shared kitchenette in the basement if you wanted it. The room was sparkling clean and was cleaned every day. Giannis, the host, was also very helpful! We were very satisfied ☺️
