The place was very pleasant, and the owner was extremely kind, a real little family treasure! The room had brand‑new furniture and everything was perfect, very good for a pension. There was a shared fridge, microwave, kettle, and the owner was available for everything. The little garden was picturesque, great for having breakfast and smoking.

Definitely not worth the price. The old, drafty doors gave no privacy; our door had a 7 cm gap above the top, letting corridor light in and making it feel like everyone could hear us. The rooms lacked basic equipment that is cheap to buy – there was only one old, dirty shared electric kettle on the bottom floor. No plates, cutlery, or mugs. The corridor was littered with trash and moldy old chairs. The wooden windows had no seals, and the shower had an old, moldy curtain. 3/10 is generous.
