The spot was great for running the Hokkaido Marathon and the place felt clean, but the room was far too small—perhaps understandable at that price, but still cramped for two people. The breakfast charge was excessive; paying 3800 yen in the morning just didn’t make sense.

The spot was excellent, the staff were helpful, and the rooms and facilities were clean and modern. The buffet was good, and there was an easy coffee café downstairs plus convenience stores nearby. The only downside was that some neighbors were noisy late at night.
