The surroundings were stunning, and the rooms felt like traditional Khmer houses—tastefully decorated and roomy. The staff were sweet and attentive, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the noise; we expected a quiet oasis, but nearby construction disrupted the peace a bit.

Everything at Sala Lodges was gorgeous—from the accommodation and food to the pool, hand‑drawn art, and gardens. The restaurant even used dishes sourced from local artisans at Khmer Ceramics. What made the stay truly memorable was the friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated team; every chat was a pleasure and every suggestion hit the mark. We loved it and can’t wait to return. There was nothing we didn’t like.
