“Our room was clean, comfortable, and had no issues. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. If traveling”
The location, price, our bed, the jacuzzi tub, and the front desk staff were all great.

The spot was great and parking was pretty decent, but the breakfast was awful and the coffee was cold, the elevator moved slowly, and the room carried a faint odor.

I booked because it was pet friendly and promised a jetted tub, yet the room smelled like urine and the tub controls were missing; the staff kept knocking on my door to clean before checkout, making me feel rushed, and I had to leave canned drinks in the fridge for my road trip.

I appreciated having toilet paper and a clean bathroom, but the room still had a noticeable air conditioner smell that needed cleaning.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable, yet the staff were very lazy and slow to respond to a simple request, and breakfast was poor because they barely refilled anything, just saying “ok” while scrolling on their phones.
