The location is great, right on Patong Beach, very convenient. The staff can’t speak Thai, which is unacceptable here in Thailand. I’m Thai, and the fact that the staff can’t communicate in Thai is intolerable. Even though I can manage in English, the staff themselves aren’t fluent enough, so communication is confusing and vague.
