The accommodation was immaculate, super clean and tidy, with a lot of care. They provided us with plenty of breakfast items, let us check in early, and stored our luggage on the day of check‑out.

We were very disappointed from the start. First, no one was there to greet us upon arrival. We had to manage with a friendly neighbor who struggled to understand us but did his best, eventually calling the owner who sent a video explanation and a key‑box code. The building’s entrance looked like a prison corridor, with barred doors and little light because of laundry hanging on the first floor in the middle of the central aisle. Breakfast was subpar: industrial pastries, three sad tea sachets, and coffee pods. Cleanliness was also lacking; we found hair from previous guests in the shower drain, which blocked normal flow, and the rugs weren’t very clean. It’s a shame because each studio is well equipped. Luckily, the next day someone came to clean while we were away, replaced the rugs, returned pastries (still industrial), and added a new tea box. We were two couples, and one couple ate out. Check‑out also happened without anyone present. This B&B was the most expensive part of our trip to Italy, and honestly, it didn’t justify the €495 for the two nights.

The bed was comfortable. The room offered coffee, tea, croissants, and jam for breakfast. The staff were friendly.

The room is nice, clean though not perfect, and fully equipped with AC, ceiling fan, mini fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom is small but has everything needed. It’s quiet and peaceful, so you sleep well. The host was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the lack of natural light and air; both the front door and the bathroom window face the building’s lobby on the ground floor. The front door is a clear glass that requires pulling a dark curtain for privacy, making the room very dark. A frosted glass might give privacy while letting in some light.

The location is convenient and close to points of interest. Parking on the street is difficult.
