The pool was not clean; we went on a weekday and were told it was clean, yet they only clean on Saturday and Sunday because the crowd comes on weekends. I booked two double beds but they gave me one double and one single, so please provide accurate information.

I never received a room even though I had a booking; no one should book online to go there. Even with a reservation, they tell you you haven't made one. The room quality is very poor, the staff behave badly, and the swimming pool quality is also poor.

The location was good, very close to the beach, but the rooms looked haunted, had bugs, a broken ceiling, a bad washroom, bad ambience, cracked walls, locks that didn’t work properly, and the food was average with about a 2‑hour wait. I couldn’t finish my stay there; it was so bad that when I asked to check out a day early they tried to intimidate me into paying the full two‑day amount, threatened to call the police, and harassed me for three hours. After refusing, they finally agreed but tried to blackmail me emotionally by saying the money would be taken from their pockets and all that.
