The greenery around the area was nice. In the other room, the bathroom water smelled bad and the shower didn’t work, and the towels were not in the best condition.

I had booked a room with breakfast included, but the hotel charged me for it; the Kerala breakfast was basic with little variety, a corridor smelled like dirty clothes, the room was acceptable, the amenities were good, and the staff were indifferent—overall a decent property that was managed rather casually.

The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious and the reception staff were super friendly and helpful. However, our room, 116, had a weird issue with the Wi-Fi - it just didn't reach all areas of the room.

On the plus side, the swimming pool was a lovely bonus, and the reception staff were friendly and provided good service. Unfortunately, the shower was a letdown - it wasn't working properly, and the whole bathroom was in a pretty sorry state. It was old, not well-maintained, and the toilet was tiny with no space to move around.
