The location is excellent, close to the parking where the bus from Locarno stops. The room has a heater, a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and bath towels are available. There is a dining area. Self‑check‑in works. An email with precise directions and check‑in instructions was sent. It was difficult to get change for the tourist tax; it would be better if it were collected at the time of arrival. If you get hungry at night, there are some snacks and drinks available, but all payment must be left at CFH. Tea is charged.
