The accommodation is very charming right on the border between Sirolo and Numana, with an excellent location—under 10 minutes on foot to Spiaggia del Frate and Spiaggiola via a path. The apartment is tiny but lovely, tidy and modern, and comes fully equipped. There’s a nice little courtyard to sit in the evenings. The common area allows you to cook without any fuss. I’d recommend it. Regarding the “included breakfast,” it meant the apartment was stocked with coffee capsules and a machine, a moka pot and coffee powder, sugar, milk, honey, and a pack of brioche. Nothing fundamentally wrong, everything was good, but I’m not sure I’d call it a true breakfast.

“Ottima posizione”

The spot is strategic, close to both Sirolo centre and Numana Alta. The building is clean with an exclusive outdoor garden that’s very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the beds and rooms aren’t refreshed regularly.

The cleaning and proximity to the sea are positives. The breakfast didn’t appeal to me—just a boxed pack of brioche and a bottle of milk for four days. The bathroom isn’t in the room.

The property is super welcoming and the location is fantastic. The house was super clean. I’ll definitely come back.
