The front‑desk staff were friendly and the spot is close to Legacy; after a concert it’s convenient to check in, and the hot water is good. However, there’s a seam under the door that lets in noise, so you can hear other rooms using hair dryers. The shower area isn’t fully separated from the sink, leaving the floor damp after a shower, and the mattress feels a bit firm.

After a concert at Legacy in Taichung, I walked a few steps to this hotel. The area is quiet, ideal for a relaxing stroll, and the staff were friendly. The lights on the bunk beds can be controlled separately at each head, and they’re shaped like submarine lamps, which I really liked. The room was clean and tidy, and each bunk had its own small TV, which was impressive. The only downside was the lack of slippers, and the nearby area is a bit empty, making it inconvenient to find food. Also, the stairs between the bunks are a bit awkward.

1. There’s a diving pool, and after diving you can go straight back to your room for a shower. 2. The first floor has a restaurant with generous portions, so you can quickly refuel after diving. 3. Compared to typical bunk‑room hostels, the price is lower and you get a private bathroom. 1. At night you can hear a motor‑pump‑like sound. 2. Sound insulation is poor, so you can hear people next door talking. 3. There aren’t many food or drink spots nearby; you have to cross a bridge to find more options.
