“Posizione tranquilla”

We had a very nice and spacious room; the neighborhood is elegant and quiet, and there’s paid parking under the building, but if you’re lucky you’ll find some free white parking spots nearby. Viale della Libertà has many buses in every direction, and the daily ticket costs 3.50. The staff at the property were very kind.

“Rip off hidden charges in noisy location”

The owners were friendly, but we didn't actually see them because we had to check in online. They charged 15‑20 euros for online check‑in, and this wasn't mentioned when you pay. Because our flight arrived at 2015 we had to do this. It's a complete rip‑off. Who charges for online check‑in? Not even Ryanair. You are saving them money in staffing fees. I also think it's against policy. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. It's also noisy and the bed is so uncomfortable and old and they can't even be bothered to put in a bedside table lamp.

“Bien para pasar una noche tranquila en Palermo”

The check‑in was very quick, everything was done online. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and in the historic center of Palermo, which I find more pleasant to my taste. The staff were very friendly and attentive when answering my questions. The B&B facilities were clean and tidy. The mattress in my room was uncomfortable, it was an old mattress that sagged a lot. I didn't like the style, decoration and color of the walls in the room, it needs a renovation, that would add many points.
