The room, including the bathroom, was acceptable though a bit cramped; people with limited mobility need an adult’s help to step into the shower tray. The room and bathroom were clean, parking at the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast service and selection were fine. The coffee machine made a great cappuccino, and overall the breakfast atmosphere was very friendly and pleasant. A pressing improvement is the lack of a separate bedside reading lamp – especially at night it would be useful for each user to have a light for reading or the other to enjoy darkness for sleeping.

The hotel was very quiet and within walking distance to the spa center. Unfortunately, there was no dinner offered, and all nearby restaurants were closed on Tuesdays. Additionally, the room was missing a mini fridge.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very nice.

The quietness and proximity to the rehab clinic were positives. However, even the email after booking was confusing: no “we’re happy you booked with us!” Instead, the first sentence was about paying the room rate. At 19:10 on arrival, there was no warm welcome; instead, I was told the credit‑card machine only works until 20:30, and when I asked about breakfast, the reply was “see the back of the sign.” I’ve never experienced anything like that, even as a frequent traveler. The hotel itself feels very old‑fashioned, the pillows are hard, the curtains don’t block the bright lanterns outside, but it’s very quiet. If you enjoy dahlberries for breakfast, you can stay a night here.
