“Sorry I will not be staying there again. Room was clean furniture old. Plastic shower screen in bath.”

The staff were exceptional, but the location only worked for me, not for everyone. Refurbishments were ongoing, with jack‑hammering and construction noise during the day. Getting to the pool felt like an adventure because of the construction zone, and the pool itself was disgustingly filthy with tiling in a shocking state of disrepair. On the second day I had no hot water in my room, so I had to go to reception to get it fixed before I could take a hot shower. I should have been told about the construction when I booked.

Property needs upgrade. Ma8ntenance should consider guest presence. Theu were hammering in the night on the rooftop causing disturbance. Othwrwise the staff wete very helpful. Rooms need upgrade. Old furniture and linen

The food, especially the morning breakfast, is very good, and the staff are courteous. I would recommend this hotel.
