Cleanliness and organization were excellent! The chalet was well equipped, with new blankets in plenty so no one felt cold. The breakfast coffee was also very good! I liked everything.

The location is great, Maira replies quickly to messages, the shower water is hot, and if it were cleaner it would be perfect. The chalet is very pretty and my daughter loved the little room. However, the cleanliness was lacking; I had visited this chalet years ago and it was spotless and fragrant, but this time I was a bit disappointed. The bed linens don’t have a pleasant scent, the area is dirty, and it seems they should pay more attention to a thorough cleaning before guests arrive. The outdoor area looks abandoned, very different from before. The chalet has great facilities but needs a refresh in decor, cleaning, and overall presentation.

Despite the lack of an on‑site front desk, the staff handled remote check‑in very helpfully, and the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared.
