Beachfront hotel with a garden: a very beautiful setting! Friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant, the best guacamole of our stay! Spacious and well-ventilated room, comfortable without air conditioning (natural cooling), clean. Purified water available in the rooms. The hotel is isolated, which is a plus or minus depending on what you’re looking for. It’s 30 m from the Punta Allen trail. We loved feeling “alone in the world”! Access is via a difficult trail. Dining on site is almost mandatory because of the isolation. Some equipment is a bit outdated. Unfortunately there was seaweed during our stay, but the beach was pleasant with pelicans flying overhead.

Exceptional hotel on the beach with a sea view. Fantastic silence, only the sound of waves and the animals from the environmental reserve. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very good, well prepared by the chef. Staff were super attentive and friendly. We swam in the natural pools about 2 km from the hotel. The place is simply fantastic, beautiful, and in the heart of nature. An amazing experience. Perfect for those who want to truly relax. Peace guaranteed. We went in early April and, unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach. The drive from Tulum to the hotel, about 50 km, took 2 hours. The dirt road had potholes from the rains, but it’s possible to get there with any type of car (no need for a 4x4, the terrain with plenty of gravel helps a lot).

Ideal for anyone who wants to disconnect from the city; the vegetation created total calm, combined with the sea sounds, and the staff were very kind and helpful. We loved the place!! Whether at night or day, you enjoy it, with or without seaweed, the sea remains imposing!! We enjoyed the stay a lot; the walk to the hotel is truly enjoyable, we saw a herd of coatis, birds, lots of vegetation, iguanas, and a cat we didn’t know what it was… We’ll definitely come back. We had to leave, lol.
