Alpine-style rooms have wooden floors, private bathrooms, and satellite TV, with some offering mountain-view balconies.

I really liked how spacious the room was; it was very large. Although the property is somewhat secluded, it connects well to various hiking trails thanks to the Alto Adige guest pass. Val Sarentino surprised us with how quiet the area was and the beauty of the views. The bathroom lacked a bidet, and dinner didn’t offer many typical local dishes—canederli, barley soup, strudel, and buckwheat cake were never on the menu during the week. We ate well overall, but it wasn’t very local.

The staff were very courteous and the atmosphere felt family‑like; everyone was very helpful. The mattresses and pillows were not up to par.

The service was excellent, and even after a delayed arrival we still managed to have dinner. The staff were very friendly. The only issue was broken tiles in bathroom 302.
