Nothing good. A lot of problems. First of all the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Also I paid for an exclusive bathroom and they initially told me I would have to share it with someone else. Naturally I pointed out that the booking stated the bathroom was exclusive.

Great accommodation in a convenient area. The room is beautiful and spacious.

“Pessima.”

I arrived at the property and couldn’t enter because the key was in a lockbox; with a gentleman’s help I managed to get in. Cold water, there was another person inside the apartment, I honestly didn’t know about that. I couldn’t stay overnight and had to go to another hotel. The owner the next day wasn’t very helpful when I explained the issue. I request to be contacted by Booking. Regards

All good. Both were great. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

“non tornerò né lo consiglio.”

Position. The bedroom: insufficient cleaning, with dust accumulated for weeks, the corners of the bed had a lot. Linen: pillows without covers and dirty; we had to use T‑shirts as covers. Private bathroom: it couldn’t be closed and was used multiple times also by other guests in other rooms who moved personal items and dirtied an already unclean bathroom that had hair in the bidet, and only cold water was available. Kitchen: dirty and poorly maintained. Table: constantly occupied by medicine, food and other items. General cleaning and order: essentially absent in the used spaces.
