The staff were very polite, but I had a problem: my friend checked in from 18.08.26 to 20.08.26, and I paid for her with my Visa card; she left on 19.08.26, checking out at 11-00 at reception. They promised to refund one night, but the money still hasn't appeared on my card. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

The early‑morning breakfast was plentiful and the service attentive, and the hotel is very close to Hongqiao Station. The laundry room only has one set of machines, so when it’s busy you have to wait.
