I booked twice; the first reservation was cancelled, and the second one supposedly succeeded, but the hotel apparently cancelled both. I can’t see any confirmation in the system, and even showing my booking confirmation didn’t help. In the end, it felt like I never booked at all, wasted a lot of time, and had to re‑book from scratch.

The hotel is well‑located, modern, and offers free parking, which is handy in the city. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. However, the rooms—though very comfortable—lack a desk and a chair, making it hard to work. When staying in the western wing, the hallway to the elevator is huge, and the carpet makes it difficult to roll a suitcase. On top of that, the room I booked with breakfast included was charged an extra $27 for the breakfast, and I received no response to my refund request.

Free parking and a helpful front desk were nice. The AC unit made a clicking noise that was a bit annoying, and the only response from staff was the vague “engineer will check on it,” with no actual fix.
