Everything was fine. There was a private bathroom on the hallway that required a key, and check‑in and check‑out were smooth; the host was very friendly. Entry was possible with a code. The location was a bit farther from the city centre, but not too far.

The rooms and corridor are new, well‑maintained, and beautifully decorated, and the location is fantastic. The staff are friendly. The kitchen and showers need a thorough cleaning and tidying.

The kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and clear entry instructions on the phone made the stay generally clean and quiet. Strong aromas caused congestion, the light was cold and unpleasant, and the toilet seat was poorly secured; the toilet brush in a cramped glass container clattered when pulled out, risking breakage. The sink was small. I wouldn’t recommend it to those who need to get up at night—turning on the lights, walking through the corridor to the bathroom, opening the door, and returning all require attention and can wake you up. It would help to know convenient routes from the bus stops with smooth pavements. The navigation also directs you along streets with uneven sidewalks or cobblestones, which damaged my suitcase wheel. Filling out the personal data survey in Italian was confusing because the translation didn’t cover all the content. The view was from the windows of the opposite building.

The place is clean, tidy, and nicely arranged; the location is fine, but for two girls it isn’t the safest at night. The bathroom is separate from the room, but it was personally ours and the rest of the accommodation was locked, so it wasn’t scary.
