The room was ideal for an overnight stay near the hospital and oncology centre. Desiree was a fantastic host, eager to help and accommodate us.

I was disappointed that the weekend was rainy, because otherwise I would have adored the garden view, but aside from that the place felt really cozy. I appreciated the quiet and the room’s amenities, and slept wonderfully, so I’ll definitely return. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The Bottlebrush Guest Suite was fantastic—neat, very comfortable, with a comfy bed, a quiet and safe area, and friendly staff. I enjoyed every minute and will come back again.

It’s close to Greenacres shopping centre. I stayed for 5 days and the cleaner never cleaned my room; she only gave me toilet paper when I asked for it. The owner blamed me for an electric fault in my room, claiming it was caused by a heavy load on the single wall socket/plug that powers all the room’s appliances. How could I have known that? The cleaner and electrician told me that a few days before my arrival an extension in the room had burned, and this was the second time it had happened. The owner tried to blame me because she received a picture of a heater (sent by either the cleaner or electrician) that I had brought because the room was cold; suddenly the heater was the culprit. Note that the picture was taken while I was out shopping. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a long stay—maybe a single night would be fine. 👎👎👎
