Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We booked the accommodation, but when we arrived around 18 o’clock there was nobody in the building. We called the facility and were told they would come in 2 hours, yet they actually arrived 3 hours later (almost around 22 h) and we had to wait 4 hours… never seen that before.

The price was good. The bed was missing, the mattress was there, but that was mentioned beforehand.

Good bed, plenty of space for me alone, ground floor, I could store my bike in the room during rain, kitchen with fridge. The bed was not made but the bedding was present; simple furnishings.

Good bed, well-equipped kitchen, ground-floor access, price/quality ratio very good. The bathroom feels neglected, a thorough cleaning is needed. The bed was not covered upon arrival (but that was agreed with the host as ok).

The house is nice, renovated, and close to the river. The house was very dirty, my booked room was changed without notice because it had mold. Also no towels, shampoo, soap, or toilet paper were given at arrival, only after 21 h. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
