Everything was fine, but there was no air conditioning.

They kept my jacket which I had forgotten in my room. I remembered it in the evening and I found it packed. Even the sweet in my pockets still there. Even though I had to do a more than an hour return trip to collect it. I stayed at ANEW because the function I was attending was held there. What was dissappointing is that after numerous requests to be accommodated there for the second knight. They refused to change my booking that I mistakenly made at Hunters Rest. Even at check out I was told theu booked to capacity. Even when bookings.com showed availability. Only in the afternoon they told me they have space whilst I had already made bookings elsewhere. Maybe due to lack of competition they are not customer centric enough for me
