Comfortable and clean; the staff were pleasant and efficient. Dark, no windows at the back of a pub. The check-in process was over complicated with multiple checks of ID, credit card and personal details

The location was fairly central, about 10 minutes from St Pancras station. The hotel is very old-fashioned, the photos in the listing do not reflect reality at all. The entrance is quite dirty and poorly maintained. The rooms are tiny and very noisy (even on the second floor you can hear the metro, and the street is also quite loud). The value for money is not interesting given the room.
