“Bonne expérience”
Getting checked in at 05 h00 after a night on a bus was a relief, and the hotel’s central spot lets you walk to lots of activities, even a beautiful temple just behind the property (exit right, then first right)😉; the lady who welcomed us listened well and tried her best to satisfy us, the laundry service is excellent and cheap (wash, dry, iron), reception is open 24 h, you can rent a scooter, and she works so hard we’re afraid to disturb her at night 😊 thank you for your patience and effort… I’ve read many negative comments and, sure, experiences differ, but some people need to be more considerate; stop demanding “almost free” prices with five‑star service!! Find another place with enough staff to meet your needs!! The digital tools let you switch hotels quickly (there are places every 5 m here!). This hotel does its job for passing travelers… 👍 however, I didn’t find the included breakfast satisfying for me despite the restaurant’s menu; the only “breakfast” shown was two slices of un‑toasted bread with a fried egg, lettuce, a bowl of fresh mango and a hot drink, so a toaster would be useful, and a buffet with breads, fruits, juices, coffee, tea, dried fruit etc. would be simple and stop constant requests. The kids’ fries and bolognese were passable!!!😅🤣 As for the rooms, a strong damp smell was overwhelming and needs fixing (humidity sensor, regular ventilation…), and the tile makes the room feel cold so towels, among other things, don’t dry.
