The staff provided good service and the hotel’s interior area is very pretty. The single mattresses need improvement—they’re old and shed dust; the pillows aren’t good; the Wi‑Fi doesn’t reach everywhere; the bath towels were poor, arriving on the first day stained and very worn.

The location made things easier for me. The towels were old, torn, and thin; the pillows were bad and the mattresses were hard.

The hot pool and the regular one were fine, and the room I stayed in was okay. The bar and restaurant service was lacking—many items on the menu weren’t available, leaving a lot to be desired.
