Nothing appealed to me. When I arrived, the receptionist had no clue about the booking system and completely ignored my reservation. To make matters worse, the room I had booked wasn’t available, so they gave me a smaller one for four people, and when I asked for a refund to find another hotel, they simply said it wasn’t possible. The air‑conditioning didn’t work at all, there was no alternative ventilation, and the walls were damp with peeling paint.

We loved the hotel's location, it's perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the free and secure parking was a big plus. However, the rooms were a bit of a letdown - there were no hooks to hang our clothes or towels, and the shower had a pretty weak water pressure. To make matters worse, the hot water was scarce.

This place is super quiet, which was a big plus for us. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the water - the taps were locked, and we couldn't get any water flowing.

We really enjoyed our stay here - it felt like we were at home. The only downsides were the pretty firm mattresses and the lack of air conditioning. It was a bit of a scorcher when we were there, so that was a bit of a problem.
