Elisa was absolutely fabulous as a host, she went above and beyond to helping me with transportation as the location of the guest house was a bit difficult without a car (which I didn't have). The guest house itself is a gorgeous, a peaceful piece of Italy and history. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean, beautifully and tastefully designed. The only inconvenience in my case was getting from the train to the guest house without a car. Taxis and similar weren't always straight forward in the area, but Elisa had some great tips on how to get around

We were four couples staying at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of charm. We especially liked the lovely breakfast restaurant, which was a perfect place to start the day. There are good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which was very convenient for our group. Communication with the owner was also excellent – friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We highly recommend taking a walk along the Adda River, which is absolutely beautiful, and a visit to Bergamo is also well worth doing. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others. Thank you Elisa and staff.
