I loved everything: the restaurant, the various treatments offered, the in‑room lunch, the saunas, the different pools, the Costelle suite, and the exceptional restaurant—an absolutely superb experience with very welcoming and available staff.

The hotel’s décor. The breakfast isn’t included. The Bistro restaurant is very pricey.

The room was nice and well equipped, with a small balcony and a large, functional bathroom. The breakfast and lunch buffets were high quality and well stocked. The gourmet restaurant “le feuillage” was a real discovery and worth the trip. We also had a massage session, which was a genuine relaxation moment in a beautiful setting. However, given the level, some pricing conditions should be improved. It’s unfortunate that breakfast isn’t included in the room rate. We were disappointed to pay an extra 125€/person for spa access the next day after arriving late, since we didn’t use it that day. This is especially frustrating because the spa doesn’t live up to a 5‑star standard. Three separate floors with small, classic facilities.
