The location is convenient because it's close to the airport, but the service was lacking— for example, there was no glass available.
The place is nicely located and within walking distance of Guwahati Airport, and the rooms are comfortable, neat, and clean.
“Worst stay and worst host ever”
The staff took extra money that wasn't shown on my app, which I didn't appreciate; the only good thing was the location near the airport. The place was filthy, the staff and owner were arrogant, they charged me extra for nothing, they didn't have my booking details when I arrived, the bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirty, the bathroom was broken, and I wouldn't recommend it.
“Not reliable”
I booked a room with AC at a good price, but when I checked in the rate had changed and they claimed I hadn’t actually reserved an AC room, which was frustrating. The location is close to the airport, though.
