HOTEL MYSTAYS Otemae

“The building is outdated, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that housekeeping wasn’t included”

The staff were friendly and respectful, yet the facilities were outdated, the bathrooms and rooms were dirty, the walls were grimy, the bed was uncomfortable and too small for two people, and we had to pick up fresh towels ourselves.

The staff were friendly, and when we arrived early our bags were simply dropped into our room; the elevator was often full, there was an odd scent at first, and the lamp above the beds didn't work properly, though they did explain it later.

“Terrible”

There was no positivity; the place was dirty, old, low quality, smelled bad, had loud noise while sleeping, water leaked during the night, the photos on the website were completely different from reality, and we were unhappy in Osaka, so we never returned to the hotel and chose to stay elsewhere, checking back only at 10:00.

“部屋の設備はすごく良かったです”

The kitchen was well equipped, which was good, but the female front desk staff spoke in a way that was pleasant but hard to understand.

“トイレの件がなければとてもいい滞在でした”

The room was a good size for the price, but the toilet drainage was poor and the toilet paper stayed on the floor for a long time.
