“Malo”
It was bad and expensive for what it offered; I changed my stay and they still charged me. The building is very old, the installation is poor, and there’s no parking.

Nothing good. Everything was very dirty and in terrible condition, nothing like the photos. The bathroom earned the title of worst hotel bathroom.

I didn’t actually stay at the hotel because my reservation wasn’t honored. The reception staff were very friendly and gave good recommendations, but that’s all.

I had no positive comments about the facilities. The staff tried to resolve issues but were out of their depth. The hotel’s location was fine for the task we were doing. I booked a king‑size room, told the hotel I’d arrive between 11 pm and 12 am, but when I arrived there was no king‑size room available; they gave me a room with leaks, a strong bad odor, filthy towels, and terrible sheets. The mattress felt like resort mattresses in bad condition. Overall the room was terrible, nothing like what was advertised on the platform. I think they should investigate what hotels offer and make sure it’s real; this feels like a scam.

The facilities and service are a complete mess; you can’t even call this a hotel.
