The property refused to accommodate us, stating that they do not accept bookings from local residents. Since the hotel declined our check-in, we had no option but to cancel the booking. However, despite the cancellation being due to the hotel's refusal to honor the reservation, I have not yet received my refund. Kindly look into this matter and process the refund at the earliest. I would appreciate your prompt assistance and look forward to your response

The staff are always cheerful, brew great coffee and chai, and are eager to help; I love the location, the bedding is clean and comfy, and the AC works wonderfully. The stay was comfortable overall, but I wish the rooms had better maintenance—walls cleaned, ceilings repaired, and wallpaper fixed.

The location is good, but the rooms are small and the cleaning was not proper.

Friendly staff, but the walls are so thin that I could hear the cleaning crew in the room next door at midnight and everyone coming and going; the bed was hard, so I didn't get any sleep all night.
