The bed felt like a cloud, so very, very comfy. The room was well equipped and I had a lovely stay here.

The place is snugly furnished with good heating. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was nicely presented. However, when we arrived there was no one to check us in. When the person finally came after we had messaged, he seemed very rushed. We had some credit‑card issues and there was little flexibility to sort them calmly. The rooms weren’t clean enough for me and the price was much higher than another hostel we had booked earlier in Puerto Natales, which actually suited us better.

I love the house overall and the system they have. Everything is so well thought out and makes things very easy for guests. The room was super clean and warm, with an excellent bed and pillows, a great shower, and a towel warmer that I absolutely loved. I really like that it feels like a home rather than a hostel. The owner and Maria are both super easygoing and make you feel very welcome, while also giving you great tips to enjoy Puerto Natales. There’s a coffee machine with unlimited coffee and non‑stop sweets. Everything about this place is so well planned and thoughtfully done. Exceptional experience overall!
