I found this hotel to be simple and hassle-free, with 24-hour staff availability, which I appreciated. The location was superb, with a popular bookstore right next door and plenty of restaurants nearby, plus easy access to universities, government offices, and the city train, MRT. However, I was often disturbed by the noise from the surroundings, which made me feel like I was in a moving ship.
