The food—both dinner and breakfast—was excellent and helped make the stay a ‘good’ overall. The hotel’s location is also good, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable, the window leaked, and the room felt tired and generally run‑down. The bathroom was cramped, and the ceiling fan was dirty.

The staff were lovely and welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful after a comfy night’s sleep.

The hotel is lovely with an excellent setting. I didn’t try the restaurant, but the breakfast was lovely. I had Eggs Florentine, cooked perfectly. Overall very happy. Nothing really, the restaurant prices seemed a little high, but judging by the breakfast, the quality would have been good.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast offered tasty options; we also dined there for dinner and found the food delicious. Nothing negative.

The location is great and the decor is beautiful throughout; the hotel is dog‑friendly and even gives a doggy breakfast treat. The stay was fantastic and the cooked breakfast was fabulous. Nothing negative – it was perfect.
