The spot was great, the décor was nice, but the downside was the street‑side room – too noisy to relax on the terrace. The kitchen side terrace was perfect. The coffee machine was broken, so I couldn’t brew a cup even though there were capsules available. We didn’t see any staff; the owner was on leave and told us the cleaning lady would be there, yet nobody came to clear the empty bottles or anything else.

Laura was really helpful and kind to us. We chose to stay outside the city center, and that turned out great because we found some amazing spots without too many tourists.

The room was clean and spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. It’s very well located, just a 10‑minute walk to Verona’s center and close to various bus lines. It was a bit noisy.
