Beach and service were good, but the room‑service menu needs updating. Dining in the pub was outstanding, the manager was fabulous, and the server and music were great, but outdoor dining fell short on every level. The pool had no bar service or music. Outdoor dining had poor service and the cocktails were uninteresting. The room‑service menu lacked appetizers such as charcuterie.

I only enjoyed the beach bar, which was very pleasant, but the place needs some maintenance.

The staff were great, the location was great, and the amenities were great. The room on the 1st floor had a moldy smell and the mattress was too soft. The golf experience was not great: we let two guys go ahead of us because they were driving at us before we reached the green, then we stopped for the restroom and the ladies behind the two men accused us of cutting in front of them; we tried to explain but they just jumped in front of us, so we had to wait for two groups to finish before we could tee off the 10th hole. I told the pro when we were finished.

The place was well kept, offered a variety of activities, had many amenities and plenty of staff to assist, but it was just too crowded.

The property is gorgeous and offers plenty of facilities to keep both adults and kids happy, with tennis courts, pools, a beach and a lively front lawn at night, making for a terrific family holiday, though you have to book breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurants because they’re super busy.
